Overview:
In terms of the Immigration Act of 2002 (as amended) and the regulations thereto, our focus is on first-time and renewal applications to the Department of Home Affairs from abroad as well as from within South Africa:
- Permanent residence permits
- Critical skills work visasGeneral work visas

- Relative’s visas
- Study visas
- Medical treatment visa
- Appeals and reviews
- Exemptions
- Removal of name from the v-list (undesirability and prohibition)
General assistance with applications in support of permanent residence permit and temporary residence visa applications regarding:
- South African Qualifications Authority (SAQA) verification of foreign qualifications
- Sworn translation of documents from various languages to English
- Professional body membership and critical skills visa endorsement letter
- South African police clearance certificate applications (lodging and collecting at criminal records head office in Pretoria)
In terms of the Refugees Act of 1998 (as amended):
- Certification applications in terms of section 27(c) to the Standing Committee for Refugee Affairs
- Appeals and reviews.
