In terms of the Immigration Act of 2002 (as amended) and the regulations thereto, our focus is on first-time and renewal applications to the Department of Home Affairs from abroad as well as from within South Africa:

General assistance with applications in support of permanent residence permit and temporary residence visa applications.
In terms of the Refugees Act of 1998 (as amended):
- Certification applications in terms of section 27(c) to the Standing Committee for Refugee Affairs.
